Wearing traditional black and white (formal or informal), our fully insured catering service staff perform the following duties:
- Culinary Personnel
- Manage kitchen, warm food, arrange and garnish platters, pass hors d’œuvres, plate food, replenish buffet, serve, clear, and clean up (4 hour minimum, $40/hour)
- Mix and serve drinks, set up and break down bar (4 hour minimum, $40/hour, liquor liability insurance $1.00 per adult attendee)
